Per Google, Self-love literally rewires your brain by boosting feel-good neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin.

As a woman who has been steadfast on her self-love journey, I must say…I don’t know how I lived without it. I honestly don’t know how I survived for so long without dedicated, intentional self-love.Ā

Blast to the past with me…

In 2019, I learned that I was suffering from a severe case of self-neglect, per my therapist. I initially went to her after having suffered a mental breakdown that included lots of crying and a ton of negative emotions. You see, I had never been in a situation like this, so I immediately reached out for help. And I’m glad I did that for myself.Ā

Looking back, I’d have to say that was my first real intentional step toward self-love; recognizing that I was not okay mentally and immediately doing something about it.Ā šŸ’ŖšŸ¾

After three visits with my therapist, I found myself rolling solo-dolo down the path of spiritual healingĀ through self-love. After almost 5 years of intense focus on myself, I can say self-love has been the catalyst for me to heal myself spiritually and transformĀ my entire way of life to one that serves me in every way!

And As a Resultā€¦šŸŖ˜...

I wrote and self-published an ebook to help you along the way in your spiritual healing journey!

It’s calledĀ Transformed - How I Saved Myself,Ā and it guides you through self-healing and transformation. It’s an amazingly raw ebook that teaches you how to love yourself, heal past trauma from the root, and so much more!Ā

So if inner-transformationĀ is the name of your game, purchaseĀ this transformative ebook now! You deserve a life that makes you happy and is full of joy!Ā

I hope this information has blessed you, and I’ll see you on the next blog post!
